Welcome to GCSE Photography
We study the AQA Art & Design: Photography specification at GCSE.
During the course students will learn about how to use a digital camera, other lens-based media and computer software. Throughout the three years a number of creative projects in both still and moving image are undertaken.
The main emphasis of the course is on experimentation and development of ideas towards personal outcomes that show a strong visual and conceptual understanding.
Students work in sketchbooks, folders and blogs which are used for documenting their preparatory studies and developmental work.
